The Difference

FAST is not a trade show with education attached.

FAST is an education event first. We are taught and inspired by some of the most respected educators, authors, creators, innovators and industry leaders in the world. Together, our mission is to equip ourselves to become better clinicians so that our patients can have more tomorrows. That's the context behind every conversation at FAST.

REAL RELATIONSHIP Attendees meet your company while they're already thinking about the work, the equipment, the staffing, and the problems they're trying to solve with your help.
EDUCATION FIRST We're all here to listen, learn, talk and achieve better patient outcomes. That's the shared mission for all of us.
YOU ARE VITAL Your knowledge, expertise, and products and services are an important part of better outcomes and success in this industry.
INTENTIONALLY SCALED Our goal is better patient outcomes, not attendance records. We limit participation in all aspects of FAST to keep that mission concentrated and powerful.
Audience Quality

Who attends FAST?

FAST is concentrated in EMS, flight, transport, and critical care medicine. About half of attendees hold an advanced certification.

They are frontline clinicians, educators, preceptors, program leaders, and experienced operators. They use equipment, teach, evaluate options, recommend purchases, shape protocols, recruit talent, and bring ideas back to their organizations. One attendee can bring new ideas, products, and practices back to an entire organization or community.

National Reach

National draw. Strong regional concentrations.

FAST attracts attendees from across the country, with the strongest concentration in Texas, Oklahoma, the Southeast, Mid Atlantic, Midwest, and Rocky Mountain regions.

Where FAST tends to pull hardest

The glow is strongest where FAST has historically drawn the most interest and concentration. That doesn't mean attendees only come from those areas. It just means those markets tend to show up with the most consistency.

This is an attendee reach view based on prior FAST attendance patterns and audience composition. It's meant to show concentration, not exclusion.

NATIONAL EXPOSURE Meet clinicians from multiple regions without building a separate presence in each market.
REGIONAL DEPTH Connect with attendees from a range of EMS systems, transport programs, and practice environments.
REACH BEYOND THE EVENT Attendees bring products, ideas, and professional relationships back to their teams and organizations.
Time That Is Actually Protected

More than five hours of intentionally scheduled interaction time.

That time is built into the two FAST MAINSTAGE™ days through scheduled breaks and shared lunch. The Creator Festival™, FAST After Hours™, and time before and after the program create even more room to connect.

Base Booth

Your place inside the FAST experience.

Every sponsor starts with the same substantial 10 × 10 footprint inside the room where the MAINSTAGE™, attendee seating, breaks, and shared lunch happen. Set it up for the work your team came to do—recruiting, product conversations, demonstrations, customer meetings, or direct sales.

$1,995

A 10 × 10 booth inside the FAST experience.

The booth is the base. Paid sponsorship opportunities can then extend its reach, create a moment, support an experience, or help accomplish a specific goal.

Two MAINSTAGE™ days Your exhibit is active throughout May 4 and May 5.
Protected attendee time Three breaks and shared lunch each day, plus time before and after the program.
Community access Join the Creator Festival™ and FAST After Hours™ alongside attendees and faculty.
One 6-foot table A practical starting setup with room for displays, products, recruiting, or meetings.
Attendee-facing profile Your company name, description, logo, and link in event information.
Direct product sales Sell from your booth. FAST takes no commission, surcharge, or percentage.
One Shared Room

There is no separate exhibit hall.

This is an illustrative layout, not the final floor plan. It shows the basic idea: booths sit in the same room as the education, attendee seating, breaks, and shared lunch.

Every sponsor receives the same booth size. Standard placement is included and assigned by FAST to keep the room balanced. Priority booth selection may be available for companies that value a prominent corner, a position beside an entrance, or a stage-facing location.

  • Bring the staffing, products, displays, recruiting materials, or store setup that supports your purpose.
  • Stay connected to the same audience and education throughout both MAINSTAGE™ days.

Beyond the Booth

Premium sponsorship should have a job to do.

The booth gives your company a meaningful place inside FAST. Premium sponsorship adds reach, visibility, association, or support for a part of the event that matters. We do not stop the education for paid presentations, and we do not invent random benefits simply to increase the invoice.

FAST Creator Festival participants and creators
Opening Experience Creator Festival™ sponsorship Support the opening-night event where creators, clinicians, educators, and industry voices come together before the FAST MAINSTAGE™ begins.
FAST After Hours gathering
Community FAST After Hours™ sponsorship Be connected to the evening where attendees, faculty, creators, and sponsors step away from the formal program and relationships continue naturally.
FAST shared lunch
Attendee Experience Shared lunch sponsorship Support one full shared lunch and receive clear recognition during a seventy-five-minute part of the day that every attendee experiences.
Sponsor representatives connecting with FAST attendees
Placement Priority booth selection Every company receives the same 10 × 10 booth. Sponsors who value one of the limited stage-facing corner or entrance-adjacent positions may pay to choose from the premium locations still available.
Education Pre-conference or lab support Support a workshop, cadaver lab, clinical experience, or other pre-conference education while the faculty and educational content remain independent.
Media Podcast sponsorship Sponsor an episode recorded around FAST and extend the association beyond the room through the FlightBridgeED Podcast Network.
Attendee Experience Break, coffee, or hydration support Support a practical part of the conference day when broad awareness is the goal and the sponsorship improves the attendee experience.
High Visibility Lanyards or conference badges Place your brand on an item every attendee uses throughout the event. These opportunities are exclusive and available only when production timing permits.
Take-Home Visibility Notebooks, pens, or attendee bags Support useful materials attendees carry during FAST and may continue using after the event rather than adding disposable clutter.
On-Site Visibility Lobby banners or floor graphics Use approved custom messaging in a high-traffic location such as the lobby, entrance, exhibit area, or another venue-approved position.
Direct Reach Pre-event sponsor email Introduce your company, hiring message, product, or FAST participation to the audience before arrival through an approved dedicated communication.
Recruiting Featured employer visibility Extend a recruiting booth with an approved hiring message in attendee-facing event information and selected FAST communications.
Access & Education FAST scholarship support Help bring a clinician, educator, or emerging leader to FAST who may not otherwise be able to attend. FAST retains responsibility for recipient selection and administration.
Custom Something built around a real goal Bring us a business objective or an idea. We will determine whether there is an honest, useful way to build it into FAST without disrupting the program.
