The Basics

The big stuff first.

When is FAST27?

FAST27 is May 3–5, 2027 in Lexington, Kentucky. Preconference workshops are May 3. The main conference is May 4–5.

Where is FAST27?

FAST27 takes place at the Central Bank Center and Rupp Arena in downtown Lexington, Kentucky.

What is FAST?

FAST is FlightBridgeED’s annual gathering for EMS, flight paramedics, flight nurses, critical care transport clinicians, educators, creators, industry innovators, and future transport providers.

Who is FAST for?

FAST is for people who care deeply about EMS, emergency care, critical care, and transport medicine. That includes clinicians, educators, students, leaders, creators, exhibitors, innovators, and people working toward the next step in their career.

Is FAST27 part of another conference?

No. FAST27 is a focused FAST experience in Lexington. Everything is built around FAST: the education, meals, exhibitors, Creator Festival™, FAST After Hours™, and attendee experience.

Is FAST a huge conference?

No. FAST is intentionally focused. The goal is not to build a giant maze of tracks, halls, and disconnected spaces. The goal is to keep the education, people, exhibitors, creators, meals, and conversations close enough to feel like one event.

Registration is simple.

Where do I register?

Is FAST one stage or multiple tracks?

The FAST main conference is built around one MAINSTAGE™ experience. No confusing track hunting. No choosing which session to miss. Everyone moves through the core event together.

Why does FAST use rounds instead of theater seating?

Rounds help FAST feel like FAST. They support shared meals, real conversations, and a more connected event experience instead of rows of people staring forward all day.

Yes. FAST27 sponsor and exhibitor opportunities begin at $1,950. Start with the inquiry form so we can understand what your organization wants to accomplish.
