Is FAST still its own event?
Yes. FAST remains fully separate, fully produced, and the vibe you know and love. The same big, "rock concert" feel, FAST | MAINSTAGE™ production, same critical care/transport focus, same energy. EMS World Live runs in different rooms with a different education format. Shared spaces do not mean shared tracks.
Do I need two tickets?
No—unless you want access to both education programs. Choose one: FAST ticket (FAST | MAINSTAGE™) or EMS World Live ticket (EMS World tracks). If you want the freedom to attend both, choose a combo pass.
What’s shared between both events?
There are some shared experiences that you can be part of these no matter which ticket you hold. These experiences include the Expo Hall, the FAST Creator Festival, and the FAST After Hours event. If you want "the whole buffet" you can purchase a combo ticket and be part of everything at the venue.
If I buy an EMS World Live ticket, can I attend FAST | MAINSTAGE™?
No. The FAST | MAINSTAGE™ is badge-controlled to keep each experience intact. If you want to attend FAST, you need a FAST ticket. That means ANYTHING and EVERYTHING that happens on the FAST | MAINSTAGE™. If you want to experience EMS World Live sessions, you'll need an EMS World Live ticket. If you want to experience BOTH you will need a combo ticket.
Is the Expo Hall shared?
Yes. Both events share one Expo Hall during posted hours. Just wear your badge.
How does CE check-in work this year?
This year includes a simple electronic session check-in process to meet CAPCE requirements. It’s quick, and it ensures CE credits are issued to attendees who were actually in the session.
Can I do pre-conference workshops?
Yes. Pre-conference workshops are experiences that require additional fees and have a limited capacity on the day before the conference "officially" begins. A prerequisite to purchasing a ticket to a preconference is that you to have an event badge to either FAST or EMS World Live. Capacity is limited, as usual with FAST workshops.
Bringing a team to the conference?
If your department has a mix of roles, co-location makes it easy: some providers can stay FAST-focused, others can hit EMS World tracks, and everyone can reconnect in the Expo Hall and shared events. If your team wants full flexibility, consider combo passes.
